New to Greek and Balkan sweets?

Some of our bakes are hard to find elsewhere in London. Here is what to expect before you order.

Crisp filo pastry wrapped around a warm filling. We bake it two ways: with custard cream, or with cheese.

Layers of golden filo baked around a creamy semolina custard, then soaked in syrup while it is still warm.

Fine, shredded pastry rolled around chopped nuts and soaked in syrup, so it is crunchy outside and sticky inside.

A layered dessert of syrup-soaked shredded pastry and cream, finished with pistachio in the style made famous by Dubai's pistachio sweets.
